Hi, I'm currently Digital PR Manager for the American College of Emergency Physicians and a freelance digital consultant. I was previously at the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund, Climate Reality Project, and Fallon Worldwide.
We created social graphics to promote a Rutgers fundraising campaign, focused around commencement, through posts and advertising.
Utilized Adobe Photoshop.
In 2016, the bicycle ride portion of our athletic event was discontinued so I rebranded the event as “Run for the Badge” with a more law enforcement-oriented visual style.
Utilized HTML, CSS, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
A 36x24 poster and two social media graphics I designed recently for our grant-funded officer safety work.
Utilized Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
A simple Facebook Live video I produced at one of our Museum “Witness to History” events. The video reached over 7,000 viewers, more than ten times the average reach of our previous post-event videos.
I’m looking into upgrading our setup for next time to use a professional video camera, laptop, and Open Broadcaster Software if we can overcome some internet connectivity limitations at our venue.
Utilized iPhone 6s.Here are a few of my favorite photos I took during the 2016 National Police Week.
Utilized Nikon D5200 with 24-85mm f/3.5-4.5 and 50mm f/1.8.
A motion graphics and live action video I put together in recognition of the 25th anniversary of the dedication of the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial.
It was shown at the Candlelight Vigil, as well as at our Chairman’s Gala and Awards Dinner.
Utilized Adobe After Effects, Premiere, and Photoshop.
Uphold The Line
I designed and coded a fully-responsive fundraising site in coordination with the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund’s development team, supporting their national grassroots campaign to fund the National Law Enforcement Museum. www.UpholdTheLine.org
Ride & Run to RememberI rolled out the first stage of the website redesign for the Ride & Run to Remember. The initial plan was to improve the mobile-friendliness of the site, but time-constraints prevented that full conversion from the previous structure. The modular design allowed our event team to move elements around more easily as our focus shifted from participant registration to fundraising. The Ride & Run to Remember has since been rebranded into the Run for the Badge.
Utilized HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, Luminate Online API.

Here’s a copy of one of my presentations on peer-to-peer fundraising events. I presented this one at a Blackbaud DC Users Group meeting and received a lot of positive feedback on the specific tactics I discussed: PowerPoint PDF
I converted a variant of this presentation into a template that is now used by everyone at the Memorial Fund.
I designed a tri-fold brochure for the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund’s annual fundraising event, the Ride & Run to Remember.
Over the years, I’ve developed a bright and colorful aesthetic meant to evoke a more celebratory atmosphere than many of our campaigns.
All of our printed and digital materials adhere to this aesthetic brand and we received widespread positive feedback from stakeholders, participants, and other supporters.
Utilized Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
I designed the top front/back palm cards to promote our Recently Fallen program at conferences and other meetings with law enforcement officers who might be interested. After testing out that new aesthetic and color scheme, I converted our web presence to a similar look and built an automated, interactive photo wall to give a sense of the identity of each officer and provide easy navigation: www.RecentlyFallen.org
Utilized HTML, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
